Your analysis is always the best

This is my first encounter with your writing, and I was struck by how closely Indonesia’s current trajectory mirrors that of Pakistan. Having previously supported Indonesian engagements from China and Singapore while working for an American firm, I had long regarded the country as broadly progressive, if institutionally slow. Your article challenges that assumption. The political and social architecture you describe appears deeply corrosive. I am keen to read more of your work to better understand the region, beginning with “Indonesia’s Colonial Legacy and the Challenges for the Global South” in the Beijing Cultural Review.
